Shawn "Thunder" Wallace

In addition to being a world class performer and recording artist, Shawn "Thunder" Wallace is also a world class clinician. He has had great success motivating people of all ages, but particularly motivating young people to press for higher levels of excellence. Invite Thunder to come to your school or church and he will mesmerize your students with his performance and motivate your students to practice and improve.

Shawn has been a professional musician, composer/arranger and woodwind recording artist since 1989 when his first record album was released. Additionally, over the same period of time he has instructed at a variety of music clinics and workshops (affiliated with: The Ohio State University, University of South Carolina Spartenburg, Michigan State University, Washtenaw Community College, Kansas City Public Schools, The King Arts Center in Columbus, Ohio and others and operated his own music studio teaching private lessons to over sixty saxophone, flute and clarinet students. Shawn has his Masters of Music in Performance/Saxophone, Western Michigan University.
